Appeal denied: Dane Foster miserably fails to over-turn 2013 conviction for sex crimes.




In 2013, Mr Dane Foster after being jailed for sex crimes in New South Wales, was extradited back to Queensland where he had breached conditional release and upon prosecution pleaded guilty charges of assault occasioning bodily harm, common assault, torture; committing acts intended to maim, disfigure or disable by unlawfully throwing a corrosive fluid, assault occasioning bodily harm while armed with an offensive instrument and unlawful deprivation of personal liberty.

In 2014, Mr Dane Foster unsuccessfully appealed the decision whereby a Supreme Court in Australia scrapped the appeal and returned the savage criminal back to prison to serve 8 years in prison.
